The Rhode Island State Police said Friday that 18 people were arrested for fraudulently collecting unemployment benefits.

State police said together, the suspects collected $304,253 in unemployment benefits that they weren't entitled to. One individual collected about $38,000, state police said.

The 18 suspects were arraigned on a felony charge in Providence District Court and released on personal recognizance.

So the President is coming to Rhode Island to talk about the economy! What could he possibly say that we don't already know!
